Existence needs include four aspects of food, shelter, clothing and transportation. Next is relatedness needs. A good interpersonal relationship is very important for an employee to plan long-term development in the company. When a job seeker selects the company, he or she attaches much attention to the good working environment and interpersonal relationship, which are important not only important for employees themselves, but also deserves considerable attention of the managers. This is a very much valued point by both the enterprises and their employees. The last point of ERG theory which is also the most advanced needs for enterprise employees is growth needs. As an enterprise employee, if the enterprise he or she is working for can provide better development platform and better prospects for development, their satisfaction of completing a job is met, which plays a very helpful role in motivating employees’ enthusiasm. Positive affirmation of the completion of work from the leaders can further stimulate the employees’ enthusiasm for work and develop their potential for work and personal capacity, which is not only the realization of self-goal, but also a solid foundation for the future development of enterprises. It analyzes employees’ inner desire from different stages of existence needs, growth needs and self-actualization. It well interprets the innermost thoughts of employees while giving managers clear direction to motivate staff so as to achieve the effect of motivating employees. On the other hand, ERG theory also has its weakness. For example, If the managers could not understand what is the employees need or the employees could not know what they want to need correctly.
