Introduction
The golden gees to any organization is the employees. They are the factor that influence company’s profitability and productivity. Productivity in an organization is the direct result of the amount of motivation an employee has within his/her work environment. If the employees of an organization are not motivated, the productivity falls and employee turnover may increase significantly. If the motivation of the employees is high, there will be increased employee retention, higher productivity, and increased profitability.

Employees with these physiological needs are likely motivated by having comfortable working environments. Safety needs are more applicable to people looking for a sense of security and well-being, financial security, good health and protection. People with safety needs are comfortable with safety working conditions, secure compensations such as salary and job security. Social needs are those who seek a sense of belonging and acceptance from friendship, family, and others around them. Managers can motivate employees with social needs by making sure employees know one another, encouraging cooperative team, and being kind managers to them. Self-esteem needs are associated with people seeking self-esteem and respect. These individuals are likely productive by offering recognition of what they do well and giving them more responsibilities on their jobs. Self-Actualization are highest stage of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. People with self-actualization needs are those who look for achievements and reach their full potentials on their jobs. They are likely motivated by getting them involve in decision-making process. They like challenging work, flexibility and autonomy in their
