Self-Critique Essay
After performing the children’s play, McQuadle, I have a lot to look back on. Overall I am pleased with how I performed. I am also proud that I was able to explore new ways to display my character, Wee Wee. Before the play I was faced with decision of how I was going to portray my character, so I decided to further enhance my costume by dressing up as a hippo. I also decided to use a baby-like voice for my character. After the play I was able to reflect on how I performed and how my role as Wee Wee was perceived by the children who watched the play. I did this by thinking about how good my costume was, how much energy I had, and how I included the audience.
