About “Ladies & Gentlemen” …show more content…
A longer employee engagement would also mean further decrease in the annual turnover which stood at 18% (Business Strategy Blog). For not just Ritz Carlton Hotel itself, it can also help meeting the expectation of the partnership companies for presenting their products and service. This could bring up their satisfaction and create more cooperated opportunities (Reiss, R). After analyzing different materials about Ritz Carlton Hotel, basically it does not need very big changes instead of lengthen the time period because it has a very good core and system to ensure its employees to commit the standard level of service. So that I believe to lengthen the time period is to bring up more of its employees to produce better productivity and the excellence of service (guest satisfaction)
Minor SWOT for the Ritz Carlton
Below is the minor SWOT for the Ritz Carlton and I think Mr. McBride should consider about before going on to lengthen the 7day countdown because once it is changed to 14 days for example, the cost will be increased significantly.
