Introduction

Grand Hyatt Macau is convention hotel and Butterfly on Prat Boutique Hotel is boutique hotel. Both they are famous in the world. Their type is different, so their facilities are different to suitable for their target market. In this project, will comparison this two hotel from facilities and services. Also, will introduce the hotel and their hotel group background.

2.1 Grand Hyatt Macau: Hyatt Hotels and Resorts

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts group is the world's top multinational hotel groups. Their headquartered is in Chicago. Hyatt was founded in 1957. This group also a world's top ten well-known hotel brands.
Their hotel all over the world 45 countries and regions. They have a lot of brands such as Grand Hyatt , Hyatt Centric , Hyatt Regency.

Each hotel has a different design and theme to allow the visitor to get unforgettable memories. And, each guest room have different theme and design. They have different location in Hong Kong such as Central, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui and Sheung Wan. Also, they are get the recognized by renowned travel sites and awards such as Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor 2016 and 2015. 3.1 The Background of Grand Hyatt Macau Hotel

Grand Hyatt Macau Hotel is located in the Cotai area between the islands of Coloane and Taipa, off the tip of Macau Peninsula, China. It is part of the City of Dreams urban resort, provide many choice of entertainment , dining and shopping options. It have 791 luxury Macau rooms and suites with spectacular views over Cotai and the west banks of Pearl River. Also, it is the largest convention and exhibition venues in Macau.
