The Now Resort focuses its strength on the attractive all-inclusive market destination. The number of employees needed for the resort to operate is an issue says CEO Zozaya (Higley, 2016). Using SWOT analysis perspective, it is an internal threat. As the result of quality service culture, an internal factor Now Resort employees trained, and dedicated they operated in a consistent way to deliver quality product and service but it is the biggest challenge says Zozaya (Higley, 2016). In looking at the brand, there is a business opportunity for Now Resort if they franchise. Unfortunately, according to the CEO the brand is not ready for such ventures (2016). In a conflict perspective, AMResorts threatened if the brand franchised.
