Leadership is a word that has different meanings. It is a behavior and has no true meaning. What it truly does is show the action of a human being. This paper will reflect on skills and qualities that are connected to effective leadership; and its importance of organizational test/evaluation through idea and explanation of why something works or happens the way it does. Leadership is the ability of someone that influences other, as well as giving people a reason to do something, and encourages others to help the effectiveness and success of the organization. Leadership does not represent the feature or action of a leader, but it is the new possibilities for an organization and the workers that are in the organization. Both managing and leading have defining qualities that are important and valuable to an organizations success. To understand more the differences and likeness between the roles, the behaviors and responsibilities of each must figured out the worth. In comparison to leaders, managers have supervisory jobs such as controllers and conductors. Supervisory jobs are responsible for encouraging teams work effectively and they act in the ability to hold or do something of analyst to pile up and understand the information for the decision making processes. As controllers they make goals for people who are met with consistent supervising. Since the role of a supervisory manger is to oversee operations, his or her approach to solve problems are reactionary by nature because the surfacing of problems are not notice until after it happens. Going beyond into leadership, management is connected to the process of completing the vision of a leader by making requests of assistants. So, effective leadership can be stubborn by his or her interesting personality, self-confidence, grounded beliefs, and the move from one place to another of excitement with management and assistants.
