The extended marketing mix is an extension of the traditional marketing mix with and extra three tools. Theses include people, process and physical evidence. (Armstong,et.al., p.51) suggest that the Marketing mix is a set of controllable tactical marketing tools. The many possibilities can be collected into groups of variables known as ‘the extended marketing mix’ (Armstong,et.al., p.51)
