I got to see amazing animals and meet very interesting people that I would have never encountered if I never would have ventured outside of my small home town Mooresville North Carolina. Seeing something in real life instead of a book or movie is a real eye opener. Many people do not get to see new cultures because of money or just have no interest in seeing new things. I feel very privileged that in my short lifetime I had the opportunity to go places and see things that most people will never get the chance to see in their lifetime.…

Florida During summer vacation, in the year 2011 my family and I went on a trip to Florida to meet up with some of our relatives. This was my first time ever going to Florida and I was really excited to go. But one of us had to stay home and take care of our pets, so my dad stayed home to take care of them. It took about half a day for us to get ready to go and like 4 or 5 hours until we were out of Michigan. My brothers and I would stay up all night to see how cool the city looked at night.…
