Old Spice believes they know the way that men should not only smell, but also the way they should look. The goal of their advertisements as any other companies is to sell their product and make it as popular as possible. Old spice is a company which focuses on men self-hygiene products like shampoos, soap, deodorants, and other kind of products. They are famous for their humorous and not so logical advertisements. The technique they used the most is enforcing a strong sexual appeal to men, and targeting low confidence men. Consequently, by creating this false representation of men, they also target women who want to have a manlier boyfriend or even husband. Using the selling sex technique allows them to reach men most valuable and unquestionable attribute, their sexual confidence.

Determining how men should look or even smell is a way of sexual stereotyping and an abuse. Let alone, this standard makes women believe that this is the way all men should look. Sadly, this leaves no choice for men without confidence to find a way to meet those requirements, leading them straight into Old Spice’s

The message of this advertising is obviously to attract us and get our attention. This ad has to infleunce us or encourage us to get some food from Macdonald or more precisely to go and buy some "filet-o-fish" .So they want to convince us, to buy their food , make us want their food. But if we look closer on the ad, it's a little bit disgusting and scary . For us this a complete failure because instead to encourage us to go eat their " filet-o-fish, it repel us .Maybe if we turn to the point of view of a children it can be for him very funny and cool .…

Lynx’s range of everyday men adverts uses males with average looks, build and dress to attract the average audience as the fantasies being played out seem more attainable. Lynx were going against some of the more traditional strategies of male grooming adverts where a male model is used which would be harder for the everyday male to achieve. The products in the advertisements were meant to show that the males could be average but once they use the product they have confidence and good looks in the eyes of woman – which is the main outcome of using the product, to attract women. Although Lynx have tried to challenge some of the social constructs, they have not tried to change the women’s role within the male fantasies - they still use young and attractive females who are used as objects or trophies for the males. One other thing which they have not improved upon is the role of the male, although now they are achievable in looks they are still not presented with any responsibilities for a family or even…

He discovered that capsaicin could reduce growth of cancer cells through a process called apoptosis --- a sort of cell "suicide" which eventually recycles them into new cells with the help of some mutations.…

In its commercial, Old Spice effectively convinces its viewers of the urgency surrounding their new product by appealing to their own underlying desires, affecting their decision making without being cognitively recognized.
