Sitting here delayed at Tulsa International Airport, and I think to myself how this wedding came to be. J.P. was stationed at Ram stein Air Force Base in Germany when my mom had a heart attack. He wanted to be here for her so bad, but the military would not let come home. He was told he would have to change his field of work in order to get shipped back to the United States. He put in for a job transfer from a Bio-Tech (Bio-Environmental Engineer), someone who checks the purity and cleanliness of water, for various reasons. Now a Recruiter the military moved him to Boynton Beach, Florida. While recruiting in Miami a few of his friends introduced him to a young lady by the name of Denisa. My thought was interrupted by the announcement that we can now board the plane. I give Nancy, the attendant at the counter, my ticket and walk down the ramp to the plane …show more content…
and his fiancée Denisa. We drove for an hour to Boynton Beach where they lived. We were dead tired by the time we got home so we went straight to bed. We awoke the next morning and went to the beach. Spent all day there swimming, sunning, and playing. Later that evening we went and shot pool. I beat my dad in game one lost to J.P. in game two, we had a good time and lots of laughs. Tired from the beach and shooting pool we went home and went to bed. The next day we went to Disneyland and Busch Gardens. We went on rides ate food then went home to sleep and wake the next day to prepare for a wedding. We awoke on day three took our showers and got dressed in our tuxedo. We drove to the church; we stood in line walked into the church in pairs. They had a lovely ceremony shared their vows, afterwards there were a lot of pictures to be taken. We then went onto the reception, we had cake and food, and we all were dancing and laughing and having lots of fun. They drove off and we went home to prepare for the flight home the next
