Thank you for referring Margaret along for ongoing management with her airways disease. As you are aware, I saw her as an inpatient at Warringal when she had a left total shoulder joint replacement done in November and since then, she has done very well. She has continued on with her Seretide 250/50 via an Accuhaler, but unfortunately, is noticing the emergence of a hoarse voice despite good oral hygiene. Symptomatically, she remains very stable in that her exercise tolerance is well and truly greater than 1km on the flat, but she still does have trouble with any steep incline.…

The biggest struggle I’ve found myself facing in my years of high school is feeling inadequate. My high school is academically competitive, we host not just the creme de la creme, but the cherry on top. Teachers are constantly reminding me and my peers that this town is like a fairy tale, it’s a basket case, a rare occurrence. In my town, everyone drives Ferraris, Mercedes-Benz, Porsches, BMW’s, Jeeps, crazy expensive cars and everyone lives in crazy expensive houses and wear crazy expensive clothes. It’s always insane to drive to nearby towns like Dallas and Fort Worth and see homeless people or people not as well off as I am.…
