Mckenzie Jade Baz Case Study

I'm requesting that the following multiple issues be addressed, for the said minor chid Mckenzie Jade Bazan. I Jesse Bazan for the record have been unable to come to an agreement concerning Mckenzie Bazan's Day care placement while not in my custody. The existing court order is being violated by Alisha Kovach on multiple accounts as ordered by the Tuscola County Friend of the Court. Currently Mckenzie is enrolled into Child Time which is considered a school. In the last court date that we had Alisha had brought paperwork from Child Time specifically stating that she was to pay tuition for Mckenzie Bazan. At that time it was the first that I had heard about this. She did not report the change nor did she talk it over as court order states that we should communicate with …show more content…
An additional issue is the change of residneces and the relocation of Mckenzie. Multiple relocation's have occurred with lack of proper communication. Since October 18th 2013 Alisha has relocated multiple times going from Gagetown,Bay City,Saginaw and now Chesterfield completely uprooting Mckenzie from her home and without making myself Jesse Bazan aware of addresses in said locations. I belive that this has taken a toll on our daughter both physically and mentally. I have stayed in the city of Caro where i have a network of family and friends that Mckenzie is comfortable to be around and will continue residency of Caro. It is this time that I Jesse Bazan request the court to address the issues at hand for the well being of Mckenzie. I would request the court to consider that I have kept full time employment with the same employer and have not left the city of Caro. Also that I have only had to make one change of day care provider since October of 2013. I would ask the court to recommend that Alisha provide the necessary documentation for Mckenzies medical

Mr. Camp is what you would expect of a worst-case lawyer involved in family law. His guiding principle seems to be one of scorched earth tactics that will extend the process (and increases his fees) as long as possible. Children are simply props to be used against the father and in the short term interest of his client, typically the mother. In the end, Mr. Camp takes home an exorbitant fee and destroys families. The unethical nature of Mr. Camp’s behavior knows no bounds and is in no way encumbered or restrained by the completely futile Georgia Bar Association that enables and supports him.…
