Ms. Jennifer Katarivas is a 43 year old individual, born and raised in New York City (Queens and Brooklyn). She graduated in 1990, from Lafayette High School in Brooklyn, NY. She continued her education at several different, she graduated with an associate from Beth Israel School of Nursing in1993, she continued on to the College of Staten Island where she obtained her Bachelors in Nursing in 2000. Ms. Jennifer Katarivas stated that she continued on to attend the University of Phoenix earning her Master’s degree in Nursing in 2007 and later receiving a Post Masters certificate as a clinical nurse specialist from the University of Detroit. She reported that she has worked as a nurse since then. She indicated that she is working at the Hospital for Special Surgery for five years, her hours are usually from 6:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. She reported that she does not work on weekends. In addition, she teaches privately on her days off, she takes nursing students and teaches them how to care for patients.

Ms. Jennifer Katarivas stated that she has five siblings with whom she is close to. She indicated that her parents divorced when she was five years old. She lived with her mother and her father had visitation on weekends. She

Jennifer Katarivas indicated that she has a herniated discs in her back and takes Motrin. She indicated that she is uses Ultram for her menstrual cycle two days a month.

She reported no history of alcohol or drug abuse, she indicated that she used marijuana when she was twenty two years old, but stopped when she began to gain weight. Ms. Jennifer Katarivas reported that she may have a two to three cans of beer on a Friday night, she stated that there are times when she may have a couple of drinks during the week.
