MSTT and Sergio examined his concerns regarding not getting custody of his daughters because of how he handles Celso behaviors. MSTT was able to educate Sergio on the importance of utilizing MSTT services to help with those concerns. MSTT explained to Sergio how the behaviors could prevent him from getting his daughters. MSTT explained to Sergio if Celso behaviors continue it could look bad on him for the custody hearing coming up. If the court see Celso involved in trunacy court because he is missing school and that children and youth needed to be involved with the family for a second time because of school related issues. The judge may not view him as a stable place for three young girls because he is having trouble getting Celso to school.
