In this memorandum, I will be putting together recommendations for Landslide Limousine to align their business strategy with their performance management framework. Landslide limousine is planning to have 25 new employees and will be expected to have an annual net revenue of -$50,000 in the first year, at a 10% turnover rate. Furthermore, it will introduce the organizational performance philosophy, job analysis process, methods in measuring employee skills, process for addressing skill gaps, job analysis process, performance philosophy, and the approach for delivering effective performance feedback.
