The members of Team B had chosen Landslide Limousine Service and classified it as a small Company to complete the Recruitment and Selection Strategy and Recommendation. We had concluded that most medium and small organization have utilized the same recruiting and selection methods. All of which are utilized and advantageous to emulate in order to have success. The demographical statics delineates how an organization will perform based upon the size and diversification of its location. The following demographical data for Austin Texas were submitted to Landslide Limousine Service to incorporate as a recruitment selection strategy. Our Letter to Mr. Stonefield stated that the Atwood & Allen consultants survey and analysis team concluded that best and most efficient way to complete the Recruitment and Selection Strategies recommendations, is to first conduct a survey, in order to forecast the demographic changes within the Austin Texas Area. During our survey, we discovered that there are, major changes projected for the City of Austin within the next 30 years, relative to the diversified population growth. (1) there will be large increase in the Hispanic population due to an immigration influx, which will cause the Hispanic population to grow even larger because of a high birthrate.
