At the John Lewis call centre, I learned how to deal with and manage a variety of customer queries and questions such as item returns, delivery queries, complaints, payments, order placements, refunds, further product information and item exchanges. I managed customer requests effectively and ensured all queries were resolved within a timely and professional manner. I learned how to work to maintain and promote the John Lewis brand whilst delivering excellent customer service.
