How can a marketer “stimulate demand in the market”?
They can bring things to the market that need to be sold or traded. This helps thing keep moving, if people want things they are a need for them and need to be sold.
2. “A successful marketer delivers value by filling customer needs in ways that exceed their expectations.” Can you provide examples of products of services that have exceeded your expectations and how marketing was a part of that?
I was sold some new carpet and the company said if we buy another room of carpet they would come out in a year and clean it for free. They did and gave me some allergy filters as well.

They keep the customers happy and help them solve problems. It is very important. They are the ones who help the customers and get them what they need.

4. If you started (or already own) your own business, how highly would you value customer service? How would you achieve high levels of customer service?
Customer Service is highly valued in my business. If the customer needs assistance I am there to help them in any way possible. I they have a question I answer it for them. I would achieve high levels of customer service by listing to their needs and wants. If I can better something I will be to gain business and better the customer’s experience.
5. What do you think of this experience? Is this over the top? Is it what you would expect or would like to experience?
I think for an Apple employee to show this much attention to a customer shows what wonderful customer service they have over all. This guy payed attention when a customer called in and noted al his information. This is something everyone should do to improve their business. No, I do not think it is over the top. I think it is a plus for the business. Yes, I think all customers should be treated with this
