Importance Of Registered Nurse In Nursing

According to ANMC, Competency 10 of the National Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse it states that a registered nurse can promote effective inter professional teamwork by recognizing that the membership and roles of the health care teams vary. For instance, a registered nurse is responsible for the observation of patient and performing hygenic measures of the patient . It is her prime responsibility to communicate nursing assessments and decisions to the inter professional team.
