Fragmented Team Problem Research

Fragmented team problems: when groups take sides and form biases against each other. Conflict causes this type of polarization. Team is not producing problem : team is not achieving their goal or objectives, usually caused by a lack of communication. Team is unmotivated problem : where team members fail to use their initiative and again you will find bad communication here. One person dominates the process problem : Discussions become unbalances because one asshole starts domineering , I personally hate bullying. One team member is too quiet problem : I think this problem speaks for itself but a good remedy would be to praise the person and make them feel good to get the best from them.
