I was very curious and engaged since day one in this simulation. I enjoyed the challenge and competition amongst other teams which resulted in strong motivation to perform well.
As a team member I contributed with quality work both in terms of decision making and data evidence to back up my rationale in the simulation. I communicated well with the other VP`s to ensure synergy in the organization and mitigate unnecessary risks. Additionally, I helped out in other areas with research to aid other members in making better decisions. At times the simulation was fairly complex and assisting my team members with data analysis enabled them to become better in their respective areas.

As a team player I tend to notice that misunderstandings and conflicts arise because we are motivated by different things. Some may primarily be concerned with the results the team will achieve and is impatient to get there.
