The reason why nowadays employees are increasingly interested in jobs with flexible work schedule is because many benefit and experience that employee can get such as they are flexible to meet family needs, personal responsibilities, and life responsibilities ideally. As we know family is a most important things either how busy we are but as a husband for men they still need to have a time with family especially on the special time not only busy on work at working place, if for woman they must play a role as a wife and mother they still need have time to spend with family an example do house work, cooks for family even busy with life as employee in case to help family and husband to gain extra money, so by choose this flexible schedule …show more content…
This because when the employer agree about what the employee decision they will feel be valued automatically will increase employees spirit and dedication also performance in what they produce is excellent, by this they will make sure that their employer trust them even though they free to choose their working hours but they still can achieve the target for employees and also for company. Reduced absenteeism and experience also one of the factor why employee choose flexible schedule for working hours this because to avoid from absent when the working hours because have some employees that do more than one jobs to earn more money so by this they can make sure even they do not go to the work place they still can settle the task because sometimes employees that do more than one job surely got not enough rest so the possibility to absent from working hours for normal schedule is high so this kind of employees choose to working by flexible schedule easy to them to settle task on the same time no discipline problem that will be taken maybe risk to cut their salary by company can be …show more content…
With PDAs, computer systems, the internet and mobile cell phones, workers no longer have to be under the same roof to achieve their tasks. Employees can perform from house all or part-time and in the workplace part-time. This strategy allows workers to mix the silent or comfort of house with they will at the workplace. This is especially helpful if their workplace is small, populated or loud, and they need peace and silent to get the job done. An impact for flexible schedule working hours for employees is from the healthy side which is because sometimes they working more hours and irregular and this problem may give effect to the health of employees that practice to flexible schedule working hours especially employees that do more than one job other than that effect on company and employer which its sometimes also have employees that did not undertake their job properly and give 100 percent commitment even though they do not need to come to working place this may give effects to company from performance and quality of product that they
