Works plays the most important role for achieving the goals in the department level. This is about every kind of goal. There is also a plan about the employees ' work, which is related to missions, operation, obligation, undertaking and accountability for a specific category of workers. The methodicalness of the departments is able to be evaluated by the leaders at four categories, the re-engineering, restructuring, work redesign, and job redesign.

In work redesign, the work is being readjusted by managers of health information and consultants by mission construction, business proceedings, system, and normal scheme.

When they use job redesign, they make different all the work missions by superinducing, obliteration, cancellation, transformation and alteration. This makes the progress more interesting and keep employees ' attention on their work. So, this provides a better atmosphere in the job environment and better results too.

Managers of health information and consultants are able to provide modification to all department according to their conclusion for the facts of reclassification. The reengineering and the restructuring are the most substantial and related with the resourcefulness and the motivation of the higher leadership. This influence only a specific department. In contrast to that, if someone steals an identity this is related to the whole organization. This is because, keeping safe individual personal information and the counteracting stealing of identities is an obligation of the organization.

There are also sector changes. For example, in the department of the healthcare sector, modification happens consecutively as a result of cultural changes, socioeconomic events, modern technology, new or reconsidered arrangement, authorization and affirmation pattern. Another transformation at the sector level is that they changed the proceedings from a paper form to an electronic form, related to health department. This has impact on the way the mission are being attained, the cost level of the organization, the rules and the authentication.

There are also sector changes organizational changes. For example, the signs of the transformation are related to the creativity of the business and the innovation of HIS Department.
