As a leader and manager,I am and will be dedicated to help any and all,secure training and experience that will increase their knowledge and skill set. It will also be important to see that their personal and family needs are met. Encourage those in supervisory positions to be respectful and available to listen and answer question. Encourage employees not only to be respectful to each other, but also treat each other fairly. We as an agency need to mentor all employees, not only our seasoned employees and supervisors, but the entire agency.

I would like to be a part of this encouraging positive thinking and change throughout the organization. We as leaders need to make a deep commitment to listening intently, to try and identify the will of the groups within our organization. To listen to what is being done and said throughout the organization, and try to understand what is being communicated. We as leaders need to understand and empathize with our employees and supervisors, help them in times of need, helping them with the healing process on issues of concern, which in turn will increase their focus and attention. In turn they will become a stronger and more productive employee. I would strive to have a general awareness/self-awareness of what is happening around me and the organization. Believe in my employees that they will have good intention. Looking for clues from their opinions and decisions and concentrating on what's going on around me. Rather than using my position and authority to accomplished goals and task, I would encourage and build a consensus among the group. I would
