If you ask anyone what they want most in life, many would say money, a nice car, or maybe happiness. Everyone wants to be successful, but the definition of success is different for everyone. When I daydream of my success, I dream of making an impact on the world, being greater than average. I want people to remember me as the strong willed woman who never gave up and made the world a better, more productive place to be. Some people have goals but never do anything to achieve them. However, I decided a long time ago that if I ever had a dream as big as the one I'm about to describe, I wouldn't rest until I made it into my reality. I have always wanted to be the one “in-charge”. Not boss people around, but engage others to work towards a common goal. Teamwork is something I value because everyone has a penchant for different things. In other words, if everyone puts their talents together, there's no telling what we can accomplish, and I love imagining the possibilities. At the workplace I dream of being surrounded by the best of the best everyday, learning from and being able to help them as much as I can. She really is someone I want to be like”. Being a good role model is important to me because I want to show others how and what it takes to do things well. Cutting corners isn't the way to do things and short cuts aren't always better. Taking pride in all the work I do is one way I'll do this. In addition, I want to show others how to be a good person in all aspects of life. Being kind to others is something I think the world has forgotten how to do, so if I could make a difference by showing others how to do that by donating to charity or perhaps through my attitude, I would love to do that. Bettering everyone with my story and experiences is how I'll motivate people to fulfill their own
