Feedback is the avenue through which I can better, assess emotional health, adapt using emotional flexibility, cooperate during negotiations, and avoid the fear of conflict. By asking questions, fielding concerns, enforcing discipline and providing positive reinforcement, I can control the effectiveness of my subordinates, peers and supervisor. By effectively using feedback, I will be able to further develop my subordinates by using individual consideration to show genuine interest and care in their professional growth. I will promote the importance of individual contribution through actively seeking different ideas, perspectives and even opposing views, in an effort to stimulate creativity and innovation. I will maintain an environment that promotes respect through trust and honesty, to fully encourage open communication, while enforcing discipline to suppress fear of ridicule. I will not be afraid to lead by example in an effort to promote intellectual stimulation and idealized influence.
