Creative Thinking Profile “Creativity is described as the production of new and useful ideas in any domain.” Professor Theresa Amabile. According to creativity at work, creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterized as the ability to perceived the world in new ways, to find hidden parttern, to make connection between seeminly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions. Creativity involes two process: Thinking then producing. The variation of discriptions stills brings us to the point that creativity is producing new ideas. This paper provides a synthesis of my creative thinking profile. In addition, it will provide details of a framework for the way I think about the creative challenges

I analyzing potential solutions, examining their strengths and weaknesses. I like the benefits in transforming a rough idea into a finely crafted solution. I also think in advance of the steps necessary to implement those idea. Enjoys aspects of the innovation process that require evaluation and decision making. May get stuck in developing the perfect solution. I use the insights of mind mapping to help me solve the problem. I am visual person, so I take notes so that I can organize my thoughts, plan and prioritize. The aspects of my work that works well with my profile will be submitting my snap shorts and performance conversation reports on time. I believe the aspect that does not work well is trying to get to team on the same page, as to submitting reports in a timely manner. Responding to a child placement request within the time frame. As a colleague, I will respect, learn from, and collaborate with individuals with similar or different creative thinking styles by allowing them the opportunity to present their ideas and build on it. I will communicate effectively, I will lead by example in building trust and relationship through getting to know each other personally, I will encourage my colleagues by not placing blame individually but will work collective to solve the
