Progressively through this essay I took an opportunity to discuss some of my leadership behaviours and styles which I believe have been positive and are my stronger points. I have also identified several improvements which may benefit my future career in leadership. For this section I will summarise what I believe are my strengths and speak in some detail to the areas of development and some of the strategies I aim to put in practice.
I believe I hold many skills and strong capacity for transformational leadership, which serves incredibly well the current environment of the Organisation X.
