I strongly concur, all forms of written communications should be executed at a high level and standard of expectancy. Typically, we get comfortable and relax our communication skills when conversing with comrades or loved ones. We must condition ourselves to break familiar patterns, and practice how to appropriately and effectively respond whether the situation calls for a casual or formal response. Etiquette and professionalism are critical in the delivery and ultimate interpretation of any message one is trying to convey.
