1.How are listening skills important to employees, supervisors, and executives? Who should have the best listening skills?

Listening skills are important to understand what someone is trying to communicate to you. As someone in Law Enforcement it is extremely important to lessen and have good communication with both you supervisor and other employees. I believe that someone who is there to help anyone wither it be a doctor, nurse, police officer or teacher you need to have good communication skills to understand how you can help individuals.

Is it necessary to follow a writing process in preparing a short message? A long message? Why or why not?
