Message In Smooth Tone

A writer should convey a message in a smooth tone. The message should be easy to read and understand. The reader is the critic. It is the writer’s responsibility to rely the message so that the reader can receive the message and appreciate the writers work. Keep the language simple and avoid over use of complex aggressive tones. Before you start to write, plan your ideas around the subject, organize your ideas and stick to the subject.
