In fact, one of the most intimidating challenges is to develop a relationship with new colleagues and understanding how the firm informal and formal situation works. Also, the new physician has to be strategic about changing a successful plan or introducing a method that has worked best in a previous organization (Farrell, 2015). In addition, it can be uncomfortable to start a new job because the physician may not know who is paying close attention to what he’s doing and may be tested while building relationships. This is because the physician has to prove himself and saying trust me does not build confidence in others. For example, a simple mistake can cause employees to judge you and may take time to rebuild assurance. Moreover, some employees may be disappointed that the physician is not solving problems quickly and this is because of high expectations (Farrell, 2015). Also, from personal experience a new employee may be shy or resistant to ask questions because they are not sure if employees are willing to help. Therefore, it is a learning process to determine who you are comfortable with or can ask for
