There are many benefits to having a diverse workforce. The first benefit is that different people bring completely different skillsets, experiences, and perspectives to the table. By having a diverse work environment, you are more likely to reap the benefits of their different viewpoints. By creating a sort-of melting pot of ideas, you can take advantage of their different ideas and end up with more creative and different ideas than a less diverse competitor.
