Boy Scouts Research Paper

Leadership is the action of leading a group of people or an organization. In boy scouts I have a leadership duty; I am the assistant patrol leader. I help the patrol leader organize events and things that we scouts want to do. I also have to teach the younger scouts everything that they will need to know for the future of boy scouts. Every time I have an idea about something that we could do for scouts I have to bring it up with the committee and be prepared for the meeting. Outside of scouts I am a great leader to younger and older people. On Saturday I plan on helping people at the spaghetti dinner (for band) with everything they need for a great evening. Leadership is shown throughout the world in different types if people.
