Mindfulness has to do with focusing one’s attention on either a particular thing, thought or emotions. It can also be defined as self-observation.
Leadership is the capability of an individual to be able to influence and guide other members of an organization.
Mindful leadership is a leadership that focuses first on self-observation and also understands, is open minded and has the character to make the right choices. Mindful leadership can be defined as a leadership that encourages creativity, clarity, and compassion in the service to others.
