The main argument for this action is that a woman has a right to do what she wants to do with her own body. This is definitely correct. Everyone has the right to do to whatever they want with their own bodies. But, the fetus inside of a mother, is a living individual. Although it is inside its mother, it is a different being genetically speaking. Its DNA is unique, and differs from its mother's DNA. And by that it is conceived, it is entirely a different genetic individual. That's why, the idea that it is right to abort due to a demand, or abortion for one or both parties not to have a hard time, that a woman has a right to do whatever she wishes with her body, is not applicable to the discussion of abortion, since the body of the mother is different from her baby, or rather, fetus. Talking about abortion because of medical reasons, where the life of the mother is in danger, that should be the choice of the mother, family, and doctor. It's true that the mother and the unborn baby are two separated living organisms, but under these difficult scenario, it's definitely a personal decision for those people that are directly involved. It's difficult to a mother and child falling into dangerous situation and a family member or bystander must choose who will be saved. It's definitely terrible that a decision must be made. Regardless of the choice, there will just be one to be saved and the other killed. This situation is greatly different from abortion on demand, which is to kill the unborn baby for personal reasons, as against to choosing which one will be saved. In cases of rape or incest, it should be treated the same as abortion for medical reasons. It will be up to the victim of the rape or incest of what she'd prefer to do in this unusual and unfortunate
