Abortion should not be legalized because it is the taking of a human life. Abortion cause psychological damage to women who choose to abort their babies. Abortion can also lead to a serious health complication and in some cases the worst case scenario can be death. Instead of aborting a babies and having the risk of losing your own life, it would be easier and better to give the infant to somebody that will take care them and love. Women that are aborting babies are having the risk of not being able to become pregnant ever again in life. After an abortion women go through a series of nervous problems. According to AbortionNo, “An unborn child is always innocent and should never be punished” (Admin). In other words, a baby does not deserve to be kill because their parents were irresponsible. The baby did not decide that his/her parents had sexual intercourse and did not use protection. No one should be punished to get their life taken away because of someone else’s irresponsibility. According to Minnesota Concerned for life, “At 20 weeks, the fetal brain has the full complement of brain cells present in adulthood, ready and waiting to receive pain signals from the body…” (Unborn babies). In other words, the unborn baby at their 20 weeks of development can actually feel pain more intensely than adults because they are forming them self, so everything they feel can give them pain. At their 20 weeks their level starts to develop. Salt water is one of the methods used to do the abortion. The salt water is injected into the womb of the mother. This is a poison that gets injected and the unborn baby swallows it causing them to slowly die. A human life begins start at the time of the conception. A children does not deserve to be kill for the irresponsibility of their parent. According to Life Site News, "Abortion is a defining human-rights issue of our time.." (Ricker 1). Everyone stands up for their own human rights, but when it comes to abortion no one stands up for the baby’s human rights. Abortion is one of the biggest human right abuse there is. This is because just like anyone else a baby has the right to live and has the same right as everyone else. No one should take those right away from them. All children are innocent from anything, they do not know anything there really innocent babies. In the article written by Bradford it state, ‘The greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is war against the child, a direct killing of the innocent child, murder by the mother herself; and if we can accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell others not to kill one another” (Theresa 1). In other words, by allowing a mother to get an abortion we violates all the rights that child has and make it right for others to do so. By a mother aborting and killing their own child demonstrate that we can not do nothing to stop other from killing one another.
