What is conflict (def)?
-conflict is the result of opposing thoughts, ideas, feelings, perceptions, behaviors, values, opinions, or actions between individuals
-conflict is an inevitable part of professional, social, & personal life & can result in constructive or destructive consequences
What are some examples of constructive consequences?
-stimulates growth & open & honest communication
