Willie born on May 11,1923. His birth name was William Porter He was a laborer. He was executed on October 28,1952. He raped and abused 70 year old Belle Agee. He left the Penitentiary as a trustee, and was sent back after leaving on August 9,1952 . He was in the prison for 2 years before being released. He was sent back for being intoxicated and raping Belle Agee in Bella Vista apartments. He lived at 1604 Franklin Ave St.Louis,MO. He died at the age of 29. He was the only person I could see raping a 70 year old lady. He didn’t even have to beat her, by that age I’m sure she wouldn’t have put up much a fight. He also had just got out of jail 2 months ago. He shouldn’t have been intoxicated, so then he wouldn’t have done
