Theodore Robert Bendy (born Theodore Robert Cowell ; November 24, 1946 - January 24, 1989) was a murderer , hijacker , rapist and American, convicted of being a dead university and had assaulted and killed many women and girls during the 1970s and possibly earlier. [1] [2] [3] Shortly before his execution, after more than a decade of exile, he admitted 30 of the murders committed in seven states between 1974 and 1978. The real casualty number is still unknown and can be much higher.

There were frequent disappearances of girls, and it was noted that there was a similarity in the selection of victims; all were slender, white, with long, loose hair from the middle, unmarried, wearing trousers before they disappeared, and the last time they were always seen at night. Pendi suffered from niacophilia as he had sex with his victims after being killed, and he justified his crimes as obsessed with pornographic images. Pendi used to draw his victims by pretending to be injured in his hand and sometimes claiming to be a police officer or a firefighter. After luring the victims to his car, he beat them on the head and sexually assaulted the victims. He also visited his victims several times and put the cosmetics on the victims and slept With victims or having sex with them. Some experts say Bindi started the killings when he was 14 years old. On August 16, 1975, Ted Bendi was caught by accident, where he was arrested on suspicion of theft.
