Sleep Is very important for people because sleep is when “important body functions and brain activity occur”. Without enough sleep a person can start forgetting many important things such as the names of people or about homework that needs to be done. Teenagers can also start to have an aggressive behavior if they don’t get enough sleep. Teenagers also have an uneven sleeping schedule, on school nights they sleep for about 8 ½ hours ut on the weekends they sleep for about 10 hours.
