“What’s important is not that you have a Zappos culture,” says Fred Mossler (2016) of Zappos, “but you have a set of core values and that you define what your culture is.” (Wistia). I believe that many people would enjoy working in an atmosphere such as that demonstrated in the How They Work video. However, I know that there are an equal amount of individuals that would struggle to be a productive member of that organization. What is key for Zappos is that they have identified the need to hire people that will fit into their brand.
