What Is Adv's Co-Creation?

ADV is a company that could benefit from having co-creational and relational leadership. Currently, they are in need of talent for the company at the global level. There are issues that are operating that prevent the co-creational environment. The human resource (HR) team has the task of obtaining, maintaining and cultivating an environment that fosters co-creation. The changes that need to take place to address these issues recruiting, retirements, brand loyalty, company expertise, and the need to increase global awareness. Firstly, the company must management talent using innovation to attract the talent. With this, there is an effort to find the most talented team members. This is necessary as that goal is to attract and keep these individuals. The progress must entice new employees see the value in working for ADV. Secondly, the talent must be retained having a commitment to work for ADV. This applies to everyone which includes leadership, colleagues, and peers. The co-creation leadership process must be based on the principles of empowerment, innovation, location, people management, respect, and life balance (Stumpf, 2010). Leadership, as well as colleagues are empowered to meet the goals of the company. This fosters an exchange of ideas for problem solving.
