It is consider as a successful project if the project meets scope, time and cost goals that means what work will be done as part of the project, how long it should take to complete the project, how much it should cost to complete the project and how good does the quality of the products or services need to be.  3.2 Tuckman Model for Teamwork For being a good team work, the basic should have good relationship between the parties. Based on Tuckman model, a good team work will be created. There is little agreement on one team within forming stage because of high dependence on leader for guidance and direction, so that all parties leader should prepare to answer lots of questions about team’s purpose, goals, objectives and external relationships at the first meeting.
