This fits into both of their company’s strategic plan because they both want to explore the new technology to help grow their businesses. The core foundation for this new invention is to provide fast, easy service using a drone to fly to people homes that want their prescriptions without leaving the comfort of their homes. They are starting to test the new service out using four of the Wilmont’s stores in the suburban areas of San Francisco. Their project is going to take place starting January 5th and ending no later then November 30th. Wilmont’s has also limited the expenditures for this project to a maximum of $1,750,000. When taking all the factors of the two businesses and putting those ideas together can come up with an elaborate result. When starting with the schedule the company must first consider times of how long each process will take. Getting permits to have access to drone flight areas is a semi long process because the company is dealing with the government so a month or two should be taken into consideration. With testing the delivery process this will take trail and error so the company need to allow the most time for this. When talking about budgeting they need to remember to take into consideration the hours of the team and how much they are going to get paid. Then the company needs to think about testing budget, permit budget, and the initial payment to get the ball

The issue I will discuss is spies by Lewis H. Lapham. My whole life I’ve wondered if there are people who live in the shadows that gather information on our country’s enemies and even spy on the average citizen. I think every person should be concerned with being spied on it’s an invasion of privacy and breaks the rights we have as humans. It bothers me that there is a group of people that knows everything yet we only get told what they want us to know. The two main articles I will discuss are “Open to Inspection” by Lewis H. Lapham and “Rise of the Drones” by Rudolph Herzog.…

I see the future of UAS in every home serving as an aerial personal assistant. UAS can be designed to help persons out with a multitude of tasks around the house. For example, say you are running late to work and on your way out the door, you forget your briefcase. A UAS could be used to retrieve the briefcase and fly it to your place of work. UAS could also be used to take on more serious roles around the house such as mobile security and monitoring.…

To think that the telephone was invented in 1876 by Alexander Graham Bell is mind-boggling, right? Today, in 2018, the technology is becoming so advanced that scientists are even creating artificial embryos. At the University of Cambridge in the UK, embryologists have developed mouse embryos using only stem cells (“You'll Want to Keep an Eye on These 10 Breakthrough Technologies This Year”). This is only one example of how technology has grown over the years. Unfortunately, as the sciences have expanded, so has the abuse and how people use it against others.…

A drone is any unmanned aircraft that one can program or they can be autonomous. These robots often use GPS technology to be more accurate when preforming a task. Additionally, in most states an individual must receive a certificate of authorization from the FAA before using drones for any purpose other than recreational. The Federal Government uses drones to make citizens lives safer and easier by monitoring wild fires, supporting law enforcement, and training the military. However, the demand for consumer drones is increasing rapidly due to the FAA Modernization and Reform act, which is a four-year plan to introduce new aviation technology into our government, causes many people to question the drone’s nature within our country (FAA Modernization…
