High quality healthcare is a primary concern for healthcare facilities. This is a multi-faceted issue, focusing on the administration, human resources, patient-centered care, and employee satisfaction and retention. Healthcare centers need to make continuous deliberate steps targeting improved quality in reaching the desired outcomes in the facility. To improve quality of care, Caring Angel hospital need to implement a system that defines the work activities and processes within the organization. By understanding the work processes, the level of input required to reach the desired level of outcome is defined and implemented. “Otherwise, undefined processes lead to the management working from a point of assumptions without facts.” (Berger, 2008).Second, …show more content…
Overall, employees with positive morale perform better, live happier, and achieve satisfaction in their jobs, which is a prerequisite for organizational success. To create strong teams, roles and responsibilities ought to be well defined in Caring Angel hospital. This way, tasks will be accomplished in time and employees will possess a deeper sense of accountability to the leadership and the hospital. This starts with employees working in teams where a team leader leads each team. In the teams, members should appreciate their contribution to the organization and in so doing each person’s role will be deemed important. Tasks should be such that employees perceive their roles as important for the success of the team and for the organization consequently. This way, employees will work together to achieve the success for the team and in so doing help each other accomplish their tasks successfully. The other way of building strong teams is to value communication. Where each of the team member is informed about changes and the direction of the organization, they will feel as part of the organization and will work together to achieve the intended
