A Study of Leadership in Total Quality Control

Abstract - The leadership of complex and large organizations in now a day environment of dwindling resources needs a strong promise by the leader. When Total Quality Management shared with good leadership and then management skills yields increased productivity. This study will focus on the skills required of higher level leaders (leader at the top one), the application of those skills to Time Quality Management, and the function of leadership when implementing Total Quality Management. Also two examples of successful TQM implementation in government and industry will be reviewed with a focus on leader actions which contributed to organizational improvements. In future for survive the high level leader, they may understand that what knowledge and tools are needed to lead and get the job done. The salary for the high level leader is better performance of the organization, mission success, and survival of organization. The larger and complication for the organization, the more significant it is for the large organization to have a philosophy and culture which regularly checks it in the direction of progress. Whether or not leaders choose to implement Total Quality Management, with the use of TQM their organizations demand and expect good leadership to provide them through rough time management. Leaders align their person to the vision through relationships with them in executive steering committee meetings or through interaction with quality management boards. Leaders regularly inspire and motivate their workforce by praising improvements rather than causing fear when things go awry.
Total Quality Management
The Total Quality Management procedure is a part of business that has been often overlooked in the past time , now various organization are understanding it is an integral area of the puzzle and overhauling their assurance of total quality in order to achieve a competitive significance. We can say leadership play a main role in enhancing quality management.
There are various resources that define the theory of the Total Quality Management in the progression of the organization. Leadership put all these principles into action. Without or absence of sound leadership, the process of quality control would be far less effective.     A quality coordinator for an organization should be named. Their purpose will be to monitor performance and plan for and organize interventions on existing processes (Solorio, Bansal, Comstock, Ulatowski, & Barker, 2015). Councils are formed for a similar purpose as the coordinator but on an organizational scale (Douma, 2015). They seek to keep the organization engaged at all levels on quality initiatives as well as making sure the organization excels at it’s quality goals (Douma, 2015).
