From an early age, I had a distinct mindset compared with my counterparts. In fact, I was an introvert person and I can remember at the school, I was being bullied and ridiculed by my classmates for my body size and impotency, so it was always a terrible sense of humiliation and worthlessness to me. Now, when I think about those days I tell myself it was not that bad because those persecutions made me stronger than ever. Throughout my life, I had idols, legends, and heroes of strength who had significant impacts on my mind. The most impressive one that I can mention is Arnold Schwarzenegger who I have learned a heroic life from. What distinguishes these sports from other sports is the spirit of idealism. Not only bodybuilding and mountain climbing have strengthened my physical power, but also it has had positive physiological impressions on me. Due to these impacts, I have the passion and perseverance to reach the top spot in any aspect of my life. During the twenty-two years of professional exercising, I am more determined and motivated than ever to pursue my intentions. One of my greatest achievements was to establish a bodybuilding and fitness club, named Kaveh by my management which helped me to increase my intellectual and personality development. Subsequently, I have obtained many capabilities and experiences in various management fields, including the capabilities to adhere strategies of management by objective (MBO) and the usage of total quality management (TQM), consequently, customer satisfaction and improvement of efficiency will …show more content…
In my opinion, having knowledge of the English language is the most significant requirement for a successful manager. Despite the lack of attention for learning the English language in my country, I believe it is necessary to have a flourishing business. In this case, I can take part in the experiences which other people have acquired and I am able to keep my knowledge up-to-date. Learning English has been one of my passions since childhood, consistently, at the high school, I was being encouraged by my English teacher to pursue my academic future in English language and he incredibly helped me to be interested in English language, so he had a substantial contribution to help me follow English literature as an academic field in university. The advantages of English literature are, growing the power of insight, perception, criticism and creativity on various issues.
