Incorporate a semi-meditation into your morning or beginning of your day obtain a sense of focus. You do not need to "clear your mind" as is the common mantra for meditation, but allow yourself time to sit down and do nothing but collect your thoughts for the day. Think about what you need to accomplish and the bigger picture. Remind yourself why you do what you do. You will find that this makes it easier to remember things throughout the day and you do not need to keep quite the eye on your agenda and schedule. You will also find yourself less sluggish in doing tasks throughout the rest of the day. 2. Let yourself go! Allow yourself to laugh as even laughter is form of yoga as has to do with steady breathing and movement of the diaphragm. Laughing allows bonding with your team and stress relief, even if you do not feel like laughing. Sometimes you end up laughing because you feel so silly forcing yourself to laugh in such an absurd manner. And laughter is contagious, so your friends and colleagues will be laughing before you know it
